The house is located near town Pirovac (1 km) in the bay Vruje.

In the neighbouring bay there are restaurants and markets - 2-3 min with a small boat or 10min. on foot.

WATER - ( free falling from water-tank, which is filled with hand pump or with buckets from
main water -tank. )
There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care.
